Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from the LBM studio in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Orders usually ship within 3-5 business days of your order being placed, unless indicated otherwise.

Shipping for European orders does not offer tracking. If you need expedited European shipping, please contact orders@littlebrownmushroom.com before placing your order with your shipping address and we can give you a shipping quote.

If you would like to change your shipping address, please inform us as soon as possible at orders@littlebrownmushroom.com

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Charges may vary depending on weight of each package, country and chosen shipping option.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LBM is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information, as customs policies vary widely from country to country.

Returns & Exchanges

If the goods you received have been damaged in transit, are not what you ordered, or are defective, please email us at orders@littlebrownmushroom.com within 14 working days providing as much detail as possible, including photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Fundraiser sales are eligible for returns or exchanges.

All sales are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Apparel can be exchanged for different sizes only if your desired size remains in stock.
